- We’re looking for a creative, organised, and people-driven individual to join our team as a Salon Manager & Content Lead. If you love beauty, know how to keep things running smoothly, and have a knack for creating content that stops the scroll — we want to hear from you.
- What You'll Do
- * Manage and coordinate client appointments, ensuring a seamless booking
Experience
- from first contact to checkout
- * Oversee day-to-day salon operations and maintain high service standards
- * Create engaging content for our social media platforms — including reels, photos, before-and-afters, and promotional posts
- * Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries across our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- * Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar to keep our audience engaged and growing
- * Collaborate with the team to capture in-salon moments and highlight our services
- What We're Looking For
- * Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- * Excellent communication skills — both written and in-person
- * A good eye for aesthetics and storytelling through content
- * Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar photo/video editing apps is a strong plus
- * A background in marketing or sales is an added advantage
- * Must be based in or able to commute to Adenta
