- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Process monthly statutory returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in payroll preparation and payroll-related reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
- Process payments and supplier/vendor requisitions promptly
- Manage accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, prepare ageing reports and ensure timely collection of debts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls
- Assist during internal and external audits and provide required documentation
- Support the Accounts Manager in day-to-day financial operations
- CA GH Part II/ACCRA Part II is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or HND Accounting
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and Ghanaian Tax Laws
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience
•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
•Experience in preparation of financial statements, budgeting and financial reporting
•Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
