- Oversee Proactive Platform Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Log Analytics, Synthetic Monitoring, Event Correlation, Alerting, Self-Healing Automation, AI Operations (AIOps), Reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Recover (MTTR).
- Oversee Vendor Performance, SLA Governance, Contract Management, Platform Licensing, Capacity Forecasting, Budget Management, Cloud Cost Optimisation, Technology Procurement and drive operational cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Drive operational maturity by establishing Standard Operating Procedures, Operational Runbooks, Platform Standards, Engineering Standards, Automation Standards, Operational Reviews, Service Improvement Plans and lead continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Service Management, Product Owners, Business Units, Executive Leadership, Technology Vendors. Also ensure platform capabilities align with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive
- At least 5 years leading large, multidisciplinary technical teams in a managerial role.

- Strong background in database administration and operational governance.
