This position will support accountability and learning across institutional programmes, TVET initiatives, projects and partnerships. The work requires analytical rigour, strong reporting judgement and the confidence to guide colleagues on indicators, tools, evidence standards and learning questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning frameworks for programmes, projects and institutional performance.
- Define indicators, data-collection tools, reporting templates and quality-assurance routines that help teams track outcomes consistently.
- Lead data analysis, evidence synthesis and reporting for management, partners, funders and internal learning processes.
- Support baseline studies, evaluations, surveys, outcome tracking and project reviews where required.
- Work with programme teams to interpret results, identify implementation gaps and convert findings into practical improvement actions.
- Strengthen data quality by reviewing source documents, checking consistency and coaching teams on accurate reporting practices.
- Prepare clear reports, presentations and learning products that communicate performance, impact and recommendations.
- Candidate Profile
- Senior-level experience in monitoring and evaluation, results measurement, development programmes, education, TVET or institutional performance management.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including the ability to design tools and interpret evidence responsibly.
- Experience preparing donor, management or programme reports that connect indicators to real implementation learning.
- Good understanding of data quality, evaluation methods, survey processes and results frameworks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management and report-writing ability.
