Position: Technical Marketing Officer – Medical Diagnostics
Job Locations:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals and corporates to promote Althea Lifecare’s diagnostic services.
- Drive business development and increase sale for medical imaging, laboratory, and pathology services.
- Establish and manage tie-ups with hospital laboratories and healthcare institutions for processing their samples at Althea Lifecare.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and strengthen the organization’s presence in the local healthcare market.
- Conduct extensive field visits, client meetings, and regular follow-ups with healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with internal laboratory and imaging teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare market feedback, client reports, and business development updates.
- Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development, client relationship management, medical diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of medical diagnostic and pathology services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (Class B) and ability to drive confidently.
