ABPO is recruiting a Ticketing Specialist. own post-sale travel ticketing work, ensuring bookings are issued correctly, passenger records are accurate and schedule changes, reissues, cancellations and refunds are handled properly.
For this Ticketing Specialist position, the work is expected to centre on the ability to issue tickets and confirm passenger name records on approved supplier platforms, including ancillary services where required. Applicants should also be ready to keep clear records, communicate updates properly and work within the standards set by ABPO.
About the Role
The position requires someone who can take instructions clearly, follow through on agreed actions and provide useful updates when work is completed or when an issue needs attention. A strong candidate should bring at least three years of
