- Maintain clear post-booking communication with clients up to departure.
- Work with operations colleagues to ensure confirmed bookings are practical, well documented and ready for delivery.

Requirements
At least two years of experience in a client-facing travel sales, travel consultancy or related customer advisory role.
First-hand knowledge of at least two major African destinations.
Confident written and spoken English, with the ability to guide clients warmly and clearly.
Organised, target-driven and comfortable following up leads until a decision is reached.
Genuine interest in people, travel experiences and matching clients to the right itinerary.
