Experience

- Officer in the college or University and must have shown clear evidence of ability to organize and manage security personnel
- Have attained, at least the rank of Major and above in the armed forced or
- Superintendent and above in the Police Service with a clean record
- Should be able to serve at least 5 years before going on compulsory retirement
