Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive, ship, pack, and unpack products efficiently while maintaining accuracy and adhering to safety standards.
  • Arrange, label, and store warehouse items in an organized manner.
  • Oversee the receiving, identification, dispatch, and quality assurance of goods before delivery to customers.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inspect and report the condition of all goods received.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement new or revised warehouse procedures and best practices.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure all documentation related to warehouse operations is accurately prepared, processed, distributed, and filed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and relevant industry standards.
  • Receive and issue items to customers accurately and promptly.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of casual workers to ensure productivity and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Business Administration.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control practices.
