  • Business Systems Analysts serve as the crucial link between IT and business stakeholders.

  • are translated into functional specifications, conducting also business process analysis to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Business Systems are thoroughly tested before they are deployed in our Live environment, both internally within IT and through users’ acceptance tests.
  • Users are supported in performing the portion of their roles that requires the use of our Business Systems (training, issues resolution etc).
  • Business Systems Analysts also support, actively participate in or even drive project management activities (depending on the systems and projects).
