- Campus Voice Ghana (CVG) is a youth talent discovery, development and empowerment platform creating opportunities for young people to showcase their abilities, develop leadership skills, gain exposure and connect with meaningful opportunities.
- We are currently building our National Team and are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-oriented and professional National Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to lead CVG's sponsorship and partnership development efforts.
- This is a strategic role for someone who can confidently represent CVG, build relationships and pursue opportunities with companies, brands, institutions, media organizations, NGOs, development organizations and other potential partners.
- Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CVG's sponsorship and partnership strategy.
- Identify and research potential sponsors, partners and strategic organizations.
- Initiate and maintain professional relationships with companies, brands, institutions and organizations.
- Prepare and present sponsorship and partnership proposals.
- Arrange and participate in meetings with prospective sponsors and partners.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities for CVG.
- Follow up consistently with prospective sponsors and partners.
- Help secure support for CVG's events, talent competitions, outreach initiatives and youth development activities.
- Build relationships with media houses and other relevant industry stakeholders where appropriate.
- Maintain a professional database of potential and existing partners.
- Provide regular reports to the National Director on partnership activities, progress and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Events, Operations, Media and Finance teams.
- Represent CVG professionally when engaging external organizations.

- Previous
Experience
- in sponsorship, partnerships, business development, sales, public relations, events, marketing, nonprofit development or a related field will be an advantage.
- Location Requirement
- This position is based in Accra and requires the successful applicant to be resident in Accra and available for in-person meetings and engagements.
- Important Engagement Information
- The successful applicant will first undergo an onboarding and training process, followed by a three-month probationary period.
- During the probationary period, the role will receive a stipend while performance, commitment, professionalism and contribution to CVG are assessed.
- Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to formal confirmation in the role and transition to the organization's applicable remuneration structure, subject to CVG's organizational capacity and performance.
