- Process monthly payroll for thousands of employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments.
- Calculate payroll based on attendance, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, leave, and other payroll-related data.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in the HR system.
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Process statutory deductions and submissions, including PAYE, SSNIT, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Pension contributions.
- Provide payroll reports and support labor cost analysis and budgeting.
