Job Description
The Pharmacy Manager role at Bedita Pharmaceuticals Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy staff, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate dispensing of prescriptions in line with regulatory

and company policies. This role includes reviewing and validating prescriptions, providing medication counseling, supporting immunization services where applicable, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and customer service. The Pharmacy Manager will collaborate with healthcare institutions and internal teams to optimize pharmaceutical service delivery, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with professional and legal regulations. The individual will also be responsible for reporting, documentation, and contributing to staff training and development.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with the ability to apply professional standards in daily operations.
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of work
Experience
- working with or supervising Pharmacy Technicians, including task delegation and performance oversight.
- Proficiency in handling Prescription processes, including verification, dispensing, and medication counseling.
- Understanding of Immunization services and related pharmaceutical support, where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent professional qualification; registration and license in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, colleagues, and healthcare partners.
