- The World Food Programme is recruiting a RAM Assistant in Bolgatanga, Ghana. The role supports research, assessment, monitoring and evaluation work that helps WFP track food security, programme performance, accountability, evidence generation and field-level implementation.
- Key
Responsibilities
- Support data collection, beneficiary monitoring, food security assessments, market monitoring and field verification activities.
- Help prepare monitoring tools, clean and organise data, follow up on missing information and contribute to routine RAM reports.
- Liaise with field teams, partners, government counterparts, communities and internal programme teams to coordinate monitoring activities.
- Assist with analysis, documentation, presentation of findings and practical recommendations for improving programme delivery.
- Support accountability, learning and evidence-management tasks while following WFP standards for data quality and protection.

Experience
in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, economics, development studies, social sciences, agriculture, food security or a related field.
with field data collection, surveys, reporting, community engagement or humanitarian/development programme support.
