Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Recruitment Manager
to lead our recruitment operations, manage client portfolios, and drive talent delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising recruitment coordinators, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality hires and timely execution.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
- Design and execute recruitment strategies based on specific client needs and industry trends.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality candidates across roles and sectors.
- Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and delivery updates.
- Develop deep understanding of client industries, business models, and hiring needs.
- Present qualified shortlists, candidate assessments, and market insights to clients.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and coordinators.
- Monitor workloads, guide performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct internal training sessions to build recruitment capabilities across the team.
- Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Develop and share weekly/monthly reports on recruitment performance, pipeline status, and client engagements.
