- Revenue Optimization: In collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, monitor roaming & IDD traffic and actively managing effective rates to maximize profit margins and hit business targets.
- Partnership Management: Interface with partners (Roaming partners, Bayobab, NextGen, BICS, GSMA, NCA etc.…) to ensure relevant information is cascaded internally.
- Network Testing: Overseeing the testing and launch of new roaming destinations, technologies (2G/3G, 4G/VoLTE,5G, M2M, eSIMs etc.), and services expansion across international networks.
- Platform Management: Coordinating with internal departments (Engineering, Billing/IT) and external data clearing houses to ensure signaling and billing systems are working efficiently.
- Ensure all VAS & Tools are in place and effectively running.
- Work with network and IT teams to Implement roaming agreements and configurations
- Support testing and onboarding of roaming partners
- Collaborate in the deployment of new technologies e.g. VoLTE roaming, 5G roaming
- Data Integrity: Track and validate data exchanged by DCH/FCH (Data Clearing House/Financial Clearing House) to ensure accuracy.
- Security & Risk: Track HUR (High Usage Reporting), NRTRDE (Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange) and mitigate roaming fraud or irregular traffic patterns
