Role Description
The Sales Partner is a flexible, remote role based in Accra, responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with retail, hospitality, and distribution partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and prospecting new customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The Sales Partner will manage existing accounts, ensure consistent order volumes, and coordinate with operations to meet delivery timelines and stock levels. The role also involves supporting channel partners with product training, in-store activations, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales performance. The Sales Partner will track sales metrics, gather customer feedback, and share market insights with the team to inform pricing, packaging, and product development strategies.
