- The Team Lead, HR Business Partner leads performance and talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations, while providing strategic insights and leading the HR Generalist team to deliver effective Human Capital solutions.
- Job Duties &
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategies.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, identify retention risks, and implement interventions to improve employee experience.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll inputs, employee movements, HRIS data integrity, and key Human Capital processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify workforce needs, manage recruitment requirements, and address talent gaps.
- Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights on headcount, turnover, performance, engagement, and other key Human Capital metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Generalists to ensure timely and high-quality HR service delivery.
- Drive compliance with HR policies, employment requirements, and internal controls while identifying opportunities to improve Human Capital processes.
- Support cross-training, knowledge sharing, and business continuity across the Human Capital team.
